WHAT TO WEAR

Get Ready to Explore — Rain, Snow, or Shine!

During our nature classes, the weather’s always perfect for adventure — as long as you’re dressed for it! Here’s your cheat sheet to keep your little explorer comfy and happy no matter what the forecast says:

☀️ Sunny & Warm (70°F+):

• Comfy, breathable clothes

• Sun hat + sunscreen

• Sneakers or sturdy closed-toe shoes (no flip flops on the trail!)

• Bug spray

🍁 Cool & Crisp (40°F–69°F):

• Long sleeves + pants

• Light jacket or cozy hoodie

• Waterproof boots for muddy magic

• Hat and gloves if it’s extra nippy

❄️ Chilly & Cold (Below 40°F):

• Snuggly base layers

• Puffy or insulated jacket

• Waterproof snow pants & boots

• Hat, scarf, and mittens — think marshmallow chic!

🌧️ Rainy Days = The Best Puddle Days:

• Raincoat + waterproof pants (or a full rain suit!)

• Waterproof boots (splash zones ahead)

• Extra clothes for the ride home — trust us on this one

🧺 Bonus Prep:

• A full water bottle

• A complete change of clothes

• Big curiosity and a sense of wonder
